Reside legally in one of the following countries: China, India, Morocco, Pakistan, the Philippines, Senegal, Vietnam.
Possess an acceptance letter from a designated post-secondary learning institution.
Be outside of Canada during the application.
Demonstrate payment of tuition for the first year of study.
Hold a Guaranteed Investment Certificate (GIC) of CAN$10,000.
Obtain a Certificat d’acceptation du Québec (CAQ) from the Ministère de l’Immigration, de la Francisation et de l’Intégration (if studying in Quebec).
Obtain a medical certificate and police clearance certificate if required.
Submit the most recent academic transcripts.
